The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

I CALL TO witness the Fig and the Olive, 1 And by oath of Mount Sinai, 2 and by this city (of Makkah), a haven of peace: 3 We have created the human being in the best form 4 Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low,- 5 Except those who believe and do the right, for whom there is reward undiminished. 6 So, what then shall belie you concerning the Recompense? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
