Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what shall make thee know that which the night of Power is? 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah's permission, on every errand: 4 This Night is all peace until the break of dawn. 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
