Destiny (Al-Qadr)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Surely We revealed it on the grand night. 1 And what will explain to thee what the night of power is? 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 in it the angels and the Spirit (Gabriel) descend by the permission of their Lord upon every command. 4 It is peace till the dawning of the day. 5
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
