Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what will explain to thee what the night of power is? 2 The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. 3 On (this night) the angels and grace descend by the dispensation of their Lord, for settling all affairs. 4 Peace! (All that night, there is Peace and Goodness from Allah to His believing slaves) until the appearance of dawn. 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
