Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
We sent it [Quran] down on the Night of Destiny. 1 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Night of Power is! 2 The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, (i.e. 83 years and 4 months). 3 Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah's permission, on every errand: 4 it is all peace till the break of dawn. 5
