Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

We sent this (the Holy Koran) down on the Night of Honor. 1 And what shall make thee know that which the night of Power is? 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 The angels along with the Spirit descend in it by the permission of their Lord with all kinds of decrees. 4 It is peace till the dawning of the day. 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
