Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Lo! We revealed it on the Night of Predestination. 1 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Night of Power is! 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 On this Night, the angels and the spirit descend by the permission of their Lord with His decree (to determine everyone's destiny). 4 Peace it is, till the break of dawn. 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
