Proof (Al-Bayyinah)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
The unbelievers of the People of the Book and the idolaters would never leave off; till the Clear Sign came to them, 1 a Messenger (Muhammad) from God, reciting to them parts of the purified, 2 Within which are correct writings. 3 Nor did those to whom the Book had been given split up until after the Proof (of the Right Way) had come to them. 4 Yet they were ordered to worship Allah alone, making the Religion His sincerely, upright, and to establish their prayers and to pay the obligatory charity. That is indeed the Religion of Straightness. 5 The disbelievers among the People of the Book and the pagans will dwell forever in hell; they are the worst of all creatures. 6 But those that believe and work righteous deeds, they are the best of creatures. 7 Their reward [awaits them] with God: gardens of perpetual bliss, through which running waters flow, therein to abide beyond the count of time; well-pleased is God with them, and well-pleased are they with Him: all this awaits him who of his Sustainer stands in awe!. 8
