Proof (Al-Bayyinah)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
The deniers of truth from among the People of the Book and the polytheists would not desist from disbelief until they received clear evidence -- 1 a Messenger (Muhammad) from God, reciting to them parts of the purified, 2 Containing firm decrees. 3 And those who were given the Book did not become divided except after clear evidence had come to them. 4 And they were commanded not, but that they should worship Allah, and worship none but Him Alone (abstaining from ascribing partners to Him), and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat: and that is the right religion. 5 Indeed, they who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the fire of Hell, abiding eternally therein. Those are the worst of creatures. 6 Indeed those who accepted faith and did good deeds – it is they who are the best among the creation. 7 Their recompense lies with their Lord: Gardens of eternity beneath which rivers flow; therein they shall dwell, forever and ever. Allah is well-pleased with them, and they are well-pleased with Him. All this is for him who fears his Lord. 8
