Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 and earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
