The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
