The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8
