Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
