Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8
