The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
