The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 That day people will proceed separately to be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
