The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil). 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
