The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 and [when] the earth yields up her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
