The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that day, people will come out of their graves in different groups to see (the results of) their own deeds. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
