The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
