Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
