The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth throws up her burdens (from within), 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
