The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
