The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 So. he who has done an atom's weight of good shall see it 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
