The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
