The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8
