The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 On that day, people will come out of their graves in different groups to see (the results of) their own deeds. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
