Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
