The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
