The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8
