The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
