The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
