The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 and earth brings forth her burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
