The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day mankind will proceed in bands, that they may be shewn their works. 6 And whoso doeth good an atom's weight will see it then, 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Quake (Al-Zalzalah). Sent down in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
