The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
