The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 On that day she shall tell her news, 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
