The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
