The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man enquires: "What has come over it?" 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 for your Lord will have commanded her (to do so). 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
