The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
When the earth is shaken with its appointed tremor. 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 On that day, people will come out of their graves in different groups to see (the results of) their own deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
