The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
