Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
