The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
