The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And to that (fact) he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
