The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the chargers panting, 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And raiding at dawn 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
