Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the snorting chargers, 1 and produce sparks 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
