The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the snorting, panting horses, 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 That their Lord had been Well-acquainted with them, (even to) that Day? 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
