The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
