The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the snorting chargers, 1 Striking stones with their hooves, sparking fire. 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ But does he not know that [on the Last Day,] when all that is in the graves is raised and brought out, 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
