Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 thereby raising clouds of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
