The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 as they gallop to make raids at dawn, 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 and the secrets of the hearts are laid bare (and examined)? 10 Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted. 11
